This estate agency have no idea what they are doing with their properties. I contacted to ask to view a property as soon as it went on the market, was told there was one day of viewings and booked in for this. I was then contacted to be told the house was already sold at a viewing the week before, when I had already asked to view that week. As a cash buyer ready to buy it was very frustrating to miss out due to this estate agents complete incompetent.

Cannot fault Mitchell Williams, from start to finsh the whole process was professionally managed. Communication was excellent, From Alex's initial meeting to Max taking the photos/video and uploading promptly. House was on the market very quickly and sold within a few weeks. Carolyn handled the chasing which at times was stressful for them and us due to solicitors, but Carolyn was great, reassuring and prompt. Could not have asked for a smoother process. Thanks again to you all very much appreciate and recommend.

Carolyn and Alex did a fantastic job for me in effectively marketing and selling several new build properties in Northenden; they did this by identifying a higher number of buyers than other agents who were alos marketing the properties on our behalf. I would definitely recommend using their services.

I have used several well know estate agents before but from start to finish of my house sale I knew I had chosen an exceptional agent and the best I have ever used. I initially selected them because driving round the town I could see almost every board they had up said "sold" and its soon became clear why that was the case. Carolyn's advice was crucial to the success of the sale and when we hit issues it was the quality and professionalism of that advice and guidance that kept everything on track and saved me personally from making several mistakes. The valuation was spot on and the photographs, online details and brochures were pure quality and enhanced the speed of sale. Once again I would like to thank all at Mitchell Williams who assisted and would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Have just completed on the sale of my house with Mitchell Williams acting as my agents. They provided an excellent, professional service from start to finish.
The photos of my property were excellent and really showed my house at it's best.
An open day was arranged and carried out in a timely manner, with lots of viewings which resulted in several offers and me agreeing on an over asking price offer less than two weeks after my property went on the market!
Following this I was kept up to date with progress of the sale and and any queries I had were responded to efficiently.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
Mitchell Williams and Company Ltd - Complaints Procedure if you are dissatisfied with the service and you believe you have a grievance, in the first instance please address the matter in writing to the following address: 93 High Street, Cheadle, Cheshire SK8 1AA Your grievance shall be thoroughly investigated and a reply will be sent to you within 7 working days. Upon receipt of the reply if you are still dissatisfied with the results of the investigation, your complaint shall be re-assessed by one of the Managing Directors, Alexander Mitchell or Carolyn Williams and a final written reply shall be sent to you within 7 working days.
