Nobody likes agent fees but Simon Clarke fees were competitive. They were at the lower end of the agents I spoke to, and much lower than some of the "big players"!

We had a fantastic experience dealing with Rishi at Simon Clarke. Rishi was hugely helpful on the day we came to view the property and he provided us with all the information and help we needed. After putting a reservation fee down on the property the whole process for securing the flat was very smooth, and Rishi was again very helpful when it came to signing the contract and helping us with every aspect of the move in.
