We chose R&D having had 2 local agents appraise our home. There was no comparison between the companies, it was clear from Catherine’s appraisal that R&D would actively market our house and market it they did. Nicole was our point of contact and was simply amazing, liaising with prospective buyers, handling viewings, obtaining feedback, negotiating all the offers and once an offer was agreed she regularly updated us, by phone and email, on progress with solicitors and chasing our buyer’s estate agents and solicitors. Completely on the ball and puts other estate agents to shame with her ability to keep pushing the purchase through. In our search for our new home no other estate agents have come up to the bar set by R&D. Catherine also very kindly gave us the straightforward advice we were looking for with regards to a prospective purchase - their commitment doesn’t stop with your sale. We will definitely use R&D again and hope we’re lucky enough to purchase our new home through R&D!

Having the same team working on the property end-to-end (from valuation from completion) saved a lot of time. It was clear from the first meeting that Ryder & Dutton wanted our business and they delivered against their promises, every time.

Rosie was the star of the show.
Everyone did their bit in our sale, Stuart initially appraised the property and put it up for sale. Catherine picked it up and ran with it but Rosie was our day to day contact.
We chose to go with Ryder Dutton after the initial appraisal by Stuart because Rosie came back to us promptly with answers whenever we called. Rosie continued with this level of customer service throughout the sale. She chased up Solicitors and kept us informed.

The staff at Ryder and Dutton were extremely beneficial and kept me up to date with all progress and changes. Prior to some unfortunate circumstances, the specific staff member went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and supported me from the beginning. As a new home owner, this was a daunting process, to which I was fully supported. After the unfortunate circumstances, staff dealt with the situation professionally and ensured the purchase process still went smoothly. They contacted me regularly and also updated me with communications from the vendor.

I can honestly say that if it was not for Sherry I would have abandoned this purchase. I have over the years purchased many properties both in the UK and the USA ,however I have never experienced such excellent customer service

In the middle of a very stressful and difficult time regarding selling albeit with other agents, We found Sherry to be so positive and helpful. We were interested in one of your properties and Sherry arranged and accompanied us to the viewing, she also arranged for us to see your mortgage advisor too. Nothing was too much trouble and she was empathetic and understanding of our situation and made us feel completely at ease. We were not successful in acquiring the property bur Sherry was determined to help us find another property. She has has us in her mind with each property she introduced to us, she knew us so well and listened to our requirements. We did however find a house with another agent, Sherry has been in touch and has wished us all the best. I think that you are really lucky to have such a dedicated and person centered member of staff.
