Young Achievers Award. Natasha Whitlock To Whom it may Concern My name is Tony Casely. I am the Managing Director of Wilton Security Systems Ltd based in Surrey and I operate this award-winning company in both the UK and Europe. We have been established for over 25 years and we have a large blue-chip client base. I personally live in the Italy and rely on my staff and contractors in the UK for the essential day to day operation of the business. Of which I oversee. I have been a client of Whitlock's Estate Agency for eight years. I initially employed the agency to manage my father property. My father suffers with dementia and now lives with me in Italy. He owns a property in Nyetimber West Sussex and it was very important that when he left the UK I found a company who could manage his property and maintain the needs of any proposed tenants. I initially spoke with Natasha in 2010 who although she was young, she had a full understanding of my requirements and she appeared to have an established knowledge of the business of sales and rentals within the property market. Based on our initial meeting, I employed Whitlock's to find a suitable tenant with references and subsequently manage the monthly rental, annual contracts and of course the necessary maintenance of my father's asset. I have heard that Natasha is nominated for a young achiever's award. I would therefore like to add my own testimonial in support of this deserved credit. Natasha found a suitable tenant within a couple of weeks. The tenant was vetted and every aspect of the contract was communicated with me. Let me clear on communication. This was mainly done with email or telephone and all communication was answered immediately. There has never been a situation where I have had to wait for a reply. Like all properties there are problems and of course tenants can be demanding. I cannot hand on heart find any fault with the way my fathers property has been managed. All plumbing, electrical and building faults have been rectified without delay and without abnormal costs. The result of this, is that my father has a steady income from the property to help support his health requirements and we have happy tenants. Natasha's staff are a credit to her managerial abilities and serve her well. However, from the email updates I have received and the posts that have been placed on their website, Natasha seems intent on continually improving the business and staying one step ahead of the average agency and always places the client first. I have visited her offices within the past few months. The shop front, internal office space are orderly, comfortable and welcoming. Her staff are friendly and helpful. Natasha is refreshed and enthusiastic and during my limited visit took the time to make herself available to talk. She has the obvious ability to control the business. I would have no hesitation in recommending Whitlock's as a property agent. Certainly, for her age and ability, Natasha deserves recognition and I wish her every success for the future.
