We Can not fault the service, Sally Hall has been amazing though the whole process, We are first time buyers so any questions we had were always answered very quickly and satisfied our requirements. We found the service to be professional and we would recommend to friends and family. Sally made our journey to buying our first home so easy and it was a pleasure to deal with her. Overall excellent

We did pay the full fee although not fully marketed which was higher than other agents. However, we did feel it was value for money.

A complete nightmare. I too, had a 10x promise card which was broken several times, when complaining was told its not valid because they Do NOT sign them.....WHY GIVE them then?
