If you’re looking an agency that ignores tenant concerns and treats basic necessities as “not urgent,” then Anderson Knight is the place you. Before moving in, I was assured the property would be professionally cleaned, yet I arrived to find it far from that standard. On top of that, I’ve had to chase the agency days regarding essential storage space—kitchen drawers, fridge, and freezer space—only to be ignored. When I finally called to follow up, I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness, as requesting a place to store my own food was unreasonable. In the meantime, I’ve had to rely on a friend’s generosity just to keep my groceries somewhere, the agency expects me to wait indefinitely. The lack of professionalism and basic respect tenants is truly disappointing. Like other people have reviewed on google, they are only active untill they get the money. Would not recommend.

Y* is very rude and don't know how to speak. She should keep her tone low. Also mark on the other hand knows only to talk. Irresponsible people. Do not buy any property from them.

Not sure where to even begin! Over the two year journey of renting in London, the first few months started off fine - any issues were dealt with almost immediately, though as time went on, myself and my housemate began to get ignored via emails, phone calls not being returned and by them not arranging things they said they would. ie - pest control, someone to view the continuously leaking ceiling. upon moving out of the property - Chanel has now started informing us of some of the issues and withholding money from our bond that weren't solved, despite us stating these issues from the beginning and then eventually giving up after being ignored all of the time. To make things better, we are being accused of smashing the hob - which it was like that at our viewing. She's said there's no record of this, so immediately fingers are pointed at us as if we've broken it. We were never given the time of day whilst we were living there, but now all of these issues are our fault apparently.

They didn't take proper inventory when we moved in and when we left they asked which furniture us⦠well you should clearly know this if the job was done properly in the first place.
