First of all me and my husband would like to say a huge thank you to the whole team at balgores as I got to meet or talk to everyone of you, excellent team always at the end of the phone with help, jack Clarke and Louise Gibson literally went above and beyond with every step which started off tricky when our chain fell apart but within 4 hours I had a new buyer, we cannot thank you enough for all you help and support always being at the end of the phone or getting back to me very quickly, we would never of got our dream home without your hard work thank you all so much

Amazing service from start to finish. I was a first time buyer and there was a chain involved. The process took longer than expected, however, They kept me in the loop with regular updates. I have to say Louise is an absolute angel! What a professional! She chased all parties up pretty much everyday. Kept me updates of all the progress on a daily basis and delivered within the time she said we would complete even when I thought it would be impossible. Post sales too they were very helpful. Anj was great in reaching out to the old vendors when we had queries. Overall a very professional experience. Highly recommended! Thank you guys! You were amazing! All the best!

- Having an agency working with you, who provide staff to meet and show you around suitable properties in an informed, but not pressured way made a real difference in sorting out what really would work for us. Thanks Rian Davies
