Heaton branch dealt with the sale of my property - and the team were helpful, on the ball and very friendly. They found a buyer for my house within two weeks. I felt that they dealt with any issues with skill and diplomacy - and were always there with advice if I needed it.
Fixed fee which seemed reasonable.
