From start to finish, all the team involved were brilliant. Three designated sales staff came to view our home to enable them all to give a personal account of the property to prospective buyers. I don't know any other company that does this. Needless to say, our house sold within 3 weeks. The professional service did not end there though. We were then passed over to relevant department who took over the sale and we were kept up to date with the progress of the sale on a week by week basis. Awesome service from a fabulous team. I would not hesitate to recommend or utilise their services again in the future. Thank you for making it a stress free experience

What can I say! As someone who hasn’t moved in over thirty years I have been dreading the whole experience but Manning Stainton have made the whole process as smooth as it can be.
From the initial valuation to the excellent Jodie who was assigned to my property their treatment and real professionalism can’t be faulted. I was kept in constant touch with feedback from viewings, never did I feel that I had to chase them up, they were always working to get my house sold at the price that I wanted.
I would highly recommend them , especially the Morley office who dealt with me.
