Professional, pro-active and a pleasure dealing with this agency.
Ricky at Real Move helped me to sell my flat and from the initial process, to completion I was always updated with any relevant information, any queries I had were dealt with swiftly. This enabled what can sometimes be an extremely stressful process, to be uncomplicated, painless and relaxed.
I would definitely use Real Move again for any property related transactions.

Had a really good experience with Real Moves Estates. Ricky Singh was brilliant. He was so helpful in every way, so we didn't have to worry about anything. He sorted it all out for us. He got a lot of people to view the house, and was there to show them around. Saving us going up 2 flights of stairs, especially, as we are in our seventies. We cannot thank him enough

As a customer the website 'all agents' has contradicted themselves stating they provide the best service to customers.
I called about a flat, the agent said it's available and booked me for viewing. When I attended the viewing it was a completely different property. Ricky states it was no available when the advertisement has been on for a while. I even called in saying it's on advertisement and they said it's ready for view. As soon as they ask my name, they lied saying it's gone all of a sudden.
Moreover their prices are untruthful, they state 'we don't have hidden costs'. When last minute they change their price and bump the price up.
A very company which is unreliable and not trustable. It's frustrating agents in this company who is not competent for their job and staff is very rude. Sadly, their own staff don't trust their landlords. What this company says they will do in fact they don't.
Note to people who are looking for property think twice when using this company.
