In short, I would recommend this estate agent. Without their help & effort, I would have taken longer to sell my house & would have missed out on the house that I now have (bit of a story behind this!) Richard came & valued my house & explained the sales process. I had another estate agent round previously & heard his typical sales pitch. After I dealt with Richard & his straight forward manner, I knew to go with Bradley Bishop and I cancelled the other estate agents that I had booked in to value the house etc & declined the one that came out first. What I also liked was the transparent fees. The first estate agent that came out would not give me a straight answer as to how much the fees would be, he wanted to know what other estate agents I had coming over first! Richard did an open house with multiple viewings, which was scheduled around when was best for me. He also gave me straight forward advice. From this, I had 3 offers, which I was very happy with. I found a house that I was keen on, with Richard's help. He also gave me very good straight forward advice in securing this house. After the initial offer , I dealt with Hayley who was also very helpful. Unfortunately my first buyer pulled out, but Hayley got another one straight away, so this still kept things rolling with the house that I wanted. Later on in the process, I dealt with Emma, who kept chasing things up & explained the process to me, in simple terms & gave helpful advice when needed. My exchange & completion happened on the same day, last Friday. I had a phone-call saying that everything had gone through, earlier than I thought. So, it all went smoothly on the day. I have recommended Bradley Bishop & I would use them again.
