As buyers you have to deal with a lot of estate agents and we had been burnt by a contract race in Peckham under KFH so we were fairly cynical to say the least! Lewis was professional the whole way through and went out of his way to be helpful including contacting the vendors to help push the sale along when necessary and even turning up to help me measure for furniture before completion. I would highly recommend him and Keatings.

Keatings were brilliant throughout a really long and stressful sales process, partly linked to poor timing where we initially listed during peak mortgage rates, and fickle buyers changing their minds along the way. When we lost a buyer unexpectedly and were nervous about losing our ongoing purchase Keatings found us a new buyer in 3 days, ultimately which we took through to completion. Big thanks to the sales team, particularly Christiaan and Chris. And a special thanks goes to Jade who was amazing throughout. She was incredibly supportive, whilst we were at times overwhelming stressed and really struggling when things were stalling. I don’t know what we would have done without her help. We’re now happily in our new home, trying to get out from under a mountain of boxes. Thanks team! Recommended.

Keating came recommended and I can see why. Other agents were quite negative in their initial valuations but Keating evidently werent just going for a quick sale but instead wanted to get the best one too. They had several tactics and after suggesting a slightly lower offer price, they were happy to roll with my preference to go higher and readjust tactics. They dealt with offers masterfully and efficiently and my place went above asking within a week. They were always professional and quick to get answers with a lot of knowledge. STRONGLY recommend!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients and customers. When something goes wrong, we would ask that you tell us about it, so wherever possible we can remedy the situation.
If you have a complaint, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible, addressed to either the Sales or Lettings Manager. We have eight weeks to consider your complaint. If we have not resolved it within this time you may refer your complaint to The Property Ombudsman.
What will happen next?
• We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.
• We will then investigate your complaint. This will normally be dealt with by the relevant Manager who will review your file and speak to the member of staff who dealt with you. A formal written outcome of our investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days of sending the acknowledgement letter, unless an extension is required, which you will be notified of.
• If, at this stage, you are still not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for a separate review to take place by a senior member of staff or Director.
• We will write to you within 15 working days of receiving your request for a review, confirming our final viewpoint on the matter.
If you remain dissatisfied, you may then contact The Property Ombudsman to request an independent review:
