Then on two occasions I have been refused a viewing on properties because they made an assumption that I'm not in a position to purchase. I didn't realise they were furnished with my financial status.

They were constantly asking me to reduce the price as if this was some kind of target, instead of doing what they should do like opening viewings, changing marketing information and they don't appear to have the sellers interest at heart. When you complain they respond with arrogance. Ryder and Dutton aren't who they used to be!

I found my house through Ryder & Dutton.
Most of my viewings had been through them so I was familiar and being a first time buyer it can be quite a stressful process.
The part I didn’t like was that they never the property buying through with me till the end. Once my offer was accepted I was told that it would be Property Perspectives dealing with it till completion and that was where my nightmare began.
I wish a Laura Chadderton had been the one that saw it through with me to completion as she was helpful and consistent.
I would never use property perspectives to buy another house or to sell mine when the time arises.

He was so professional and friendly and I felt in no way pressured to put my house up with his company. I chose Ryder and Dutton solely because of Michael and that first meeting. Unfortunately after 2 weeks of the house being on the market, the house we were buying fell through and we had to take it off. Michael couldn't have been more understanding and took it off the market with no charge and no fuss. I knew at that point that whatever I did with my property I would 100% use Ryder and Dutton.

He was so professional and friendly and I felt in no way pressured to put my house up with his company. I chose Ryder and Dutton solely because of Michael and that first meeting. 18 months later my Mother sold her house with Michael, on my recommendation, and she had no problems whatsoever. She found all her dealings with every member of staff to be efficient and professional and she sold her house very quickly. She was also incredibly impressed with Michael and Ryder and Dutton as a whole.
This year I decided to rent out the property I had up for sale in 2017 and didn't hesitate to use Ryder and Dutton's full management service. I can honestly say that it was Michael's professionalism, friendliness and knowledge that made me trust Ryder and Dutton to handle mine and my family's properties in such an easy and fuss free way. Every member of staff we have since dealt with have been exactly the same. I now have my property up for rent with them and will continue to have a good relationship with the company and the staff.

We have just sold a property with Ryder and Dutton. Had a few hiccups at the beginning, but apart from those, everything went really well. Had a first time buyer for the property, which was good and Laura Chadderton, Senior Negotatior, was our contact at the Oldham branch. From the beginning we found Laura to be very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. If we had a problem, she sorted it out for us, always kept in touch and up to date with progress on the selling of the house, either via email or telephone and always rang us back if we left a message for her to contact us. Having Laura as our contact really helped us and because of her, we would have no hesitation in recommending Ryder and Dutton.
