In a shared house, they refuse to address the issue of tenants leaving disgusting mess in the communal areas on a regular basis. The land lord lets himself in without any warning from the agent. The cleaner doesn't do the hours that they're contracted to (paid for by the tenants) and their response is "he's always been good in the past". Slow to respond to emails too.

Meanwhile, anyone wanting to slander our business should think quite carefully about this, as we may take further action & we will refuse to give a future tenancy reference based on the tenant not conducing his tenancy in the correct manner. We are always happy to discuss this further.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
