We chose Petty Son and Prestwich to sell our house having first got to know them when they were the acting agent for the vendor of the same house four years previously.
All I can say is that the whole team are superb. The sales team we worked with, Greg, Faye, Francesca, Catherine, Pamela, Dan worked tirelessly to ensure our beautiful home was pitched at the right price using the right strategy. Their knowledge of properties in the area is second to none and given we ended up moving to another house in the same area, their advice and recommendations during the whole process was invaluable. It was a fairly drawn out process given market conditions at the time, with lots of ups and downs, but we always knew Pettys were keeping us fully informed and looking out for us. The whole team were always available for a chat to discuss progress and pick us up when needed and we really appreciated that. Once the sale was agreed, Elaine and Janine in the sales coordinator team were also incredible. Not every estate agent has a sales coordinator team, but after our experience I wouldn't choose an estate agent who doesn't have one. Again they both worked tirelessly to ensure our sale (and purchase) were as smooth as possible, by helping the communication between all parties involved.
In conclusion, we thoroughly recommend Pettys for anyone looking to sell in the area and would like to give a big thank you to the whole team.

I then informed good lord and was told it was down ro lettings agent now to wether to let me live there or not.
I sent my husband iD who is very much younger than me. Next 15/30 mins or so I was told they will not be going ahead with my application?
I was shocked and appalled by the way petty and son judged me and my family based on our age difference. This is not only unprofessional, but it is also discriminatory.
Furthermore, I have reason to believe that your agency has been less than truthful with me in regards to the property that I was interested in. I feel that I was misled about certain aspects of the property, and that your agency was not forthcoming with important information that could have influenced my decision to rent or buy.
As a result of these experiences, I am left with a deep sense of mistrust and disappointment in your agency
And to make it worse they kept my holding deposit!
Which I’m going to fight for and take this matter further!!!
