We rented a flat through them on Jan. 2017. Back in the time, we need to move in in a very short time and was really close to Christmas season. The sale is very enthusiastic to helped us settle down even there was few issues in the property. However, after we moved in, the property management team is really lousy service. No matter what kinds of problem in the house. They would replied email very quick but proceed the repair very slow. We have sinking floorboard, jammed kitchen door, hole on the walls still waiting for repair which has been flagged twice in many occasions by written or face to face inspection. After we pursuded them for disrepair, they notified us the landolord is going to put the property for sell and gave us Section 21 eviction notice. We had no choose to look for somewhere else. However during the last month of our staying, the estate agent invited people for viewing(surprisely it's for rental service instead of sell as they notified us. ) without fixing the problems in the house. I would warn everyone who need their service please be aware that their misconducted wording, passive after sales management.
Charge £200 for renew exactly the same contract. If you want their helps to rent new property they would charge you again the referencing fee even you just renew the contract with them 6 months ago.

I have reviewed the points you have made with the Property Management team and we are all concerned that we didn't articulate to you, as clearly as we might have done, what our remit and our ability to expedite issue resolution is, as a Letting Agent (as opposed to the Landlord) and what we can actually do on your behalf, as Tenants. If we failed to make this clear at the beginning of and during the tenancy, I can only apologise. Feedback like yours is always massively appreciated as it makes us even more mindful of a tenant's expectations.
