As I have always been a homeowner, I was nervous moving into rented property. There is a perception that all agents and landlords are just interested in filling the property. Carringtons have eased the transition for me, and are so professional and polite in the way that they deal with tenants. I recently had water coming through the ceiling from a property above. I contacted Julie and within no time had arranged for contractors to view the damage caused. Now with a freshly decorated ceiling and newly laid flooring, the place looks great again. Well done Carringtons and thank you Julie for managing the whole process quickly and professionally.

Where do I start? Let's start with the application form which is out of date and far too long. Bigger and better letting agencies use a service called Let Alliance now who manage the application process from start to finish with minimal hassle.
When asking for an update on my application I was then passed from one team member to another with no clear answers (this went on for a week) . All I kept being told was "we are still waiting for the landord to come back to us". The best ones had to be " another late application was sent into us last night" and "the landord is on holiday". All delay tactics.
I have now seen the property is no longer on the market and they did not even have the decency to let me know. Avoid these guys at all costs. Make sure when going for a new tenancy that you go with one that has a professional and well established letting agency.
Carrington Partnership are certainly not that.
