We recently had the pleasure of working with Nicola, Pam, and Morven from Cathedral City Estates during the purchase of our new home, and as first-time buyers, we couldn't be happier with the experience.
From the start, they were incredibly helpful and always gave honest advice. Their knowledge and professionalism were obvious, and they consistently provided valuable insights on the buying process in Scotland, which is slightly different from England.
Our first thoughts were they are a good local estate agents after viewing a couple of properties with them. When we found our dream home, we were delighted it was being sold through them.
What really stood out was their responsiveness. Nicola, Pam, and Morven always got back to us quickly, ensuring we never felt out of the loop. Even when one was unavailable, they all seemed to know exactly what was happening with the purchase. This level of communication was reassuring and made a huge difference throughout the process.

From the start, they were incredibly helpful and always gave honest advice. Their knowledge and professionalism were obvious, and they consistently provided valuable insights on the buying process in Scotland, which is slightly different from England.
Our first thoughts were they are a good local estate agents after viewing a couple of properties with them. When we found our dream home, we were delighted it was being sold through them.
