Our decision to use James Sellicks to sell two houses was initially based on relative cost and the prospect of a quick sale as Sellicks had an extensive potential buyer list. However, our expectations were exceeded: the customer service provided by the whole team at Sellicks was nothing less than superb. We quickly sold both houses at prices that exceeded our expectations and the whole process was made a pleasure by our dealings with James, Rita, Poppy and Kelly. They all worked in our interests (not always the case with estate agents!) to the extent that we ended up also buying a house through them. What was a complicated transaction chain was made easy as the Sellicks team kept us informed throughout the whole process. Poppy continually made enquires right down to the bottom of the transaction chain to establish positions and we are convinced that the process would not have completed so quickly and smoothly had she not done so. We cannot say too much about how good the team at Sellicks were and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anybody who wanted to quickly sell their house with as little stress as is possible when doing so.
Absolutely the most competitive rate (for our type of property) in the locality - and with no compromise in the quality of the service provided.

The agent fees were high vs the effort involved (vs solicitor fees and effort) as we sold within 10 days and there were no accompanied visits. But equally it could have fallen through and caused a lot more work, so an element of luck there, plus their fees were lower than most other quotes
