We chose Tristrams because of Charlie Smith who came to do the lettings valuation. Everything which was promised was OVER delivered and by the end of 6 days a let was agreed on the property for £100 over our expected maximum. I cannot praise the company highly enough; the most important point coming to mind is the speed of which the information was relayed and our queries were answered during initial negotiations. I feel they have the people on their books which they claim to have in order to rent YOUR house! Please give them a chance. You won’t regret it!

We have just left Tristram's after our first 12 months of letting our property with them. Initially we were really impressed with the company until we received an email trying to hike the letting fees by 120% after being with them for 10 months. They wanted to increase their monthly agreed fee because apparently they can't make it pay and suggested we increase the Tennant's rent to make up the shortfall. I thinks it more a case of their business model to get you in and then hike the price once your with them. They then insist on you giving them 6 month's notice ( despite them hiking their fees) as per their contract terms and conditions before you can leave otherwise there is a hefty penalty clause set out in the contract. Be very careful when joining the company and carefully consider the terms and conditions before signing. We have decided to go with Fairview Estates.

During the process of marketing, I was very seldom updated in respect of the progress.
Following completion after I enquired about no receipt of monies, I was told that nobody could answer my query and that accounts would not be available until the following week.
Having the potential prospect of waiting a further week, I Insisted that this matter be dealt with urgently.
William at Tristram's did try and assist however, I still have not received any monies in respect of this let.

Liam gave friendly and professional service from the get go. The process of buying a house was made easy by Tristrams, Liam was supportive, thorough and kept us in the loop at all times. As first time buyers everything was new to us but all details were covered and completed quickly and efficiently. We recommend Tristrams!

She got up super early to show me house viewings (my work commitments are insane) and was consistent in her appraisal of the properties I viewed. Would most definitely recommend, even if I don't get the property I want!

I've had a good experience from Dale at Tristriams
The houses were sold with a competive price
They did there homework on the properties for sale and apart from one that took along time due to the vendor adding his son to the mortgage, they sold within the expected time frame
