Sunflower Lettings

We were tenets for almost 2 years and have little to no complaints about the service we received from the team at sunflower letting. We moved from Australia straight into the property, a process that was only made possible as they were happy to coordinate with my contact in the uk (which many realestate agents were not willing to do) and where accomodating willing to call us out of business house at convenient time for us with the time difference. If we had any trouble during our tenancy, it was fixed as quickly as humanly possible. A phone call was hardly necessary, as Ria was so quick on the email. And all faults, as happens with older homes, were recorded and not held against our name when we left. We ended up having to leave our contract early to move back to Australia, and John could not have been more understanding and helpful in that process. All in all, we were happy we found sunflower letting and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area.
