I've usd Bycroft for both purchasing letting property in Great Yarmouth. Their service is spot on in every way. The staff are friendly and knowledgable and they always have time to answer questions, even when I really should have been able to work out the answer myself. I have no hesitation in recommending them and I am looking forward to working with them again.
We'd always like the fees to be lower, but I think the fees are fair for the service I get.
