Hello Everyone I highly recommend RAM estate agents they started managing our block recently they are very pro active unlike our past 3 management companies. They have started to resolve our issues because of the Hard Work of our Block manager Saniya. our previous management companies have been countrywide 1 stars HAUS 2 stars Rylands 3 stars but now we have Ram estate agents and they are actually doing the job and tasks properly and I cannot recommend them highly enough

Managing Director Sivarajah Suthakaran (RAM Ilford) has not paid myself and my father Dr Mohini Bhowmik many thousands of pounds of rental income although he has collected all rental income from tenants, despite sending him bank statements. He also does not respond to polite requests for payment such as emails and phone calls. When confronted about not paying us rent, and asked what will happen if we go to court, he has said things such as "We will fight it" despite admitting to me by email that he has not paid us all the rent (from 2017 and 2018). He is a very insincere, dishonest, deceitful, crafty, cunning and very dangerous man. He does not have any integrity. Please do not do any business with him. RAM Estates agent has also been expelled from TPO (The Property Ombudsman), 4 May 2020 lettingagenttoday,co.uk for not paying rent to landlords.

The hole process od renting the property, it was a nightmare with Goodlord company. If you can, avoid it.
