After searching for an estate agent to sell and buy with and being quite unimpressed with the online offerings and lots of other estate agents, we looked to Ryder and Dutton after I got chatting with the wonderful Lynn Howarth from the Heywood Office. After she recommended our local Middleton office, we booked our valuation and met Jake. Straight away we felt really comfortable and at ease with him and all the friendly and knowledgable staff at Middleton. After he spent a long time at our home, sitting down with us discussing options, we felt like we were in the right hands and so decided to go to with them for everything. Having recently completed and moved into our dream home in less than three months, we have no regrets! They are fantastic estate agents who know this local area very well; I would certainly recommend using them to anyone looking to sell or buy property. The whole thing: from the valuation, photographer, numerous house viewings, negotiations all the way to the eventual completion, everything was taking care of effectively, smoothly and professionally. It was seemless! From the very start, Holly Kershaw at Middleton was very friendly, polite and professional at all times; she kept us up-to-date regularly and, because she and her colleagues took care of almost everything, it was as stress-free a process as possible (when it came to something as important as moving house). With something this crucial, you need to put your trust in the right people - don’t take the risk with online companies that are cheaper. You get what you pay for. Particular mention must go to Ann Beach and Sarah Morgan at the Mortgage Advice Bureau upstairs. They helped us sort out our mortgage for the sale and purchase. Having never done this kind of thing before, Sarah and Ann were wonderful at talking us through everything involved in a comprehensive way that put our minds at ease when dealing with banks, mortgages and hefty sums of money. Sarah Morgan, our mortgage adviser, was really lovely. She was very patient, friendly and down to Earth. Sarah definitely knows her stuff and it’s easy to see why she has so many awards for being so brilliant at her job! Sarah regularly kept in contact with us and nothing was too much trouble. She answered all our questions and was always just a phone call or email away. We will definitely be using Sarah again in the future when it comes to the end of our fixed period! Thanks to all the staff at Ryder and Dutton for giving us the dream home we wanted! Gracias por todos! :)
