Looking for a new area to invest in can always be a little challenging I contacted Beecroft Estates just to ask for their advice initially. I wasn't sure what kind of property would let well. Jeff was so helpful from the beginning, he gave his time freely to e-mail me ideas and advice. He couldn't have been more helpful When I did find the property his reassurance was really welcomed There was no other agency I was going to work with really in my mind after this first experience working with Jeff and the team Cliff then came out to view the house, mid way through my renovation and give his opinion of its value and rental potential. He backed it up with research and figures to present to me. This gave me further reassurance of the agency's knowledge, care and professionalism When the house was finally ready Gareth Carey became my allocated property manager. What can I say.... within 2 weeks my new tenant has moved in. Again Gareth was knowledgeable, professional, considerate and reassuring I couldn't be happier with the result It's a great result for me as a new investor to the area I'll be back Best Wishes Lisa

Since i started renting in the UK, I can categorically say that Beecroft Estates have given me the best fair grand before land, compare to so many agents who always try to reap tenant off. If I have the opportunity, I would rent with them over and over again. I love the fact that they are fair between landlords and tenants and I recommend them for anyone looking to rent or for landlord who is fair too and not crappy. I will say Beecroft have competent employees, with Gareth Carey as an exceptional manager.

You must deal with this company, the service which we have received from Jeff Brown personally and his team have been outstanding. We are in the process of selling our last rental property, which Beecroft have sold within 2 weeks from 1st advertising it. I had 3 estate agents come out to value it and they were all very similar, one price to sell the property was £3,200, another was £1700 and Beecroft was £1500. Lovely family run business and we feel more like friends with Jeff and the team rather than this is just another business deal.

This is a difficult job for anyone caught between landlords and tenants; what with repair, financial and contractual issues being a potential tinderbox, but Gareth is able to placate both parties and find a common ground solution for the satisfaction of all.
I would recommend Beecroft and Gareth for all property matters.
