These guys are just amazing .There for me through thick and thin .Especially George Almost 4 years off putting up with me Helping me was never a problem.any faults was acted promptly and I was always kept in the loop.and requests I had with regards to contractors it was relayed to the contractors.i would happily go back to Oliver James.I owe you so much .Thank you and Keep safe .

Absolutely Fantastic Estate Agents. We have rented properties with different estate agents and have always had so many problem. However with Oliver James, no problem is too small or too big. They are all extremely friendly and very helpful with any issues or advice. They act on any problems straight away and keep you updated to what is happening. No matter what day or time it is someone always answers the phone. I wish all estate agents were like Oliver James, would highly recommend them to anyone.

They are what estate agents agents should be! Friendly, helpful and instantly contactable! Rented a room with them for a year, the contract was sorted and signed within a day, move in was hassle free, property very well maintained, any issues resolved within a day, moving out just as easy and deposit returned in full the same day! Brilliant service all round and would highly recommend!

We had contacted several letting agents over the last 6 months and had come up against obstacles or struggled to get help in finding what we were looking for / communicating with us on updates and had almost given up hope. We then were referred to Wendy at Pennington properties. Although our situation was unique, Wendy didn't dismiss us at the first conversation (like many others had) and went above and beyond to communicate effectively and efficiently between both us and the landlords of the property we had seen and ultimately secured this for us within just 2 weeks. We couldn't recommend her and Pennington properties enough - they have made such a big difference to someone and took the time to really help and provide excellent client and customer service. I would now always look to return to them first in the future for any letting needs.

We have just completed on the sale of our first home and Oliver James have made this an absolute breeze. I spent 3 months trying to sell through a competing agency and then approached Oliver James who significantly upped the footfall and subsequently sold within a month.
There aftersales service and support was second to none. I will always recommend them before anyone else in the region.
