I sold my property in Long Itchington via Newmans. Initially met with Mark, who was very realistic in pricing and the way the market was at the time. Guidance was taken around pricing after the property had been on the market for nearly a year. Within 6 weeks I had a buyer, achieving nearly asking price. Suzanne D'arcy dealt with the offer and acceptance process then the eventual successful sale. She was polite, proactive and kept me informed as to goings on. Really happy with all at Newmans and would recommend.

It's ridiculous that I can not rate this 5 stars, just because I havnt bought the property that I viewed, shouldn't take away from the experience of viewing the property.
Suzanne showed me around 2 properties, and her professionalism was outstanding. I'm tired of viewing properties whereby the agents are not interested one bit about the potential buyers.
Suzanne was brilliant, answered every question and was very descriptive with the property and all of the good points of the properties that I viewed. With more people like Suzanne within this industry, you'd have no problem with the sales and also she is more than likely to provide the sellers with ample opportunity to be offered over asking price.

Our property was a difficult one to sell as it was a character property that wouldn’t work for everyone. Mark and Lorna seeked out potential buyers and managed to sell it for us which was a difficult task. They were faced with many problems along the way due to the age of the building and Lorna went above and beyond to find the information needed by the buyers solicitors to answer the many questions we had been given. We realised this wasn’t really her role but she did it anyway to try and smooth it all along. Newmans definitely went above and beyond the call of duty to get us sold and we can’t thank them enough. We found them professional throughout and they kept us informed at every step, I can’t recommend them highly enough!

We put our house on with Mark & Lorna of Newman property experts in Southam and within around 10 days it was sold. What we liked was Mark & Lorna we're very hands on and could not be more helpful with any queries or questions and that goes for all their staff in the office and Suzanne who showed us around the bungalow which we purchased off newman property experts. We would not hesitate to use them again when the time comes to move again.
