I have had good help through a difficult time with repairs and a slow freeholder. Steve at Kings was very helpful and creative in finding a good solution. Going the extra distance in situations like this is a reason why I highly recommend Kings. I feel like my property is safely managed with Kings Accommodation. The communication via Whats app, as well as email is quick and timely, and all issues get solved quickly and easily.

Excellent and thoughtful. Very serious about personal protection when attending for property visit. I was a tenant, after bought the property via Kings,and now they have sold it for me! I have been with this company for over 5 years now, and i was very happy. I will have no hesitation to use them again.

Steve and the team at Kings Accommodation have been fantastic with every aspect a tenant could ask .
If there was any issues Steve was always on hand to arrange a repair and made us feel like our issues were heard. The landlord was a bit difficult but Steve and Anna were great as our go between so that we could to get our issues resolved without having to deal with the difficult landlord.
I cannot recommend Kings Accommodation enough, especially Steve his fantastic customer service and conflict resolution skills. It was a shame that we could not find a property that allowed us to stay with Kings Accommodation, I doubt I will get such a bespoke, friendly and so very professional service. The company I am currently with should really come to Kings Accommodation to train on how to treat their clients. Thank you Kings Accommodation making our tenancy and leaving as easy and stress free as it could possibly be.

I have just completed a 12 month tenancy that, in truth, would've been more if not for logistical issues. Kings Accommodation are absolutely in the right line of business because from beginning to end they have been nothing but accommodating.
I had just come out from a horrible renting experience prior that left me with a really bad taste in my mouth, he difference between feeling so defeated about renting in London, to then my positive experience with King's not only alleviated my battle scars but was really refreshing to see that there actually are really nice and helpful agents and business out there, ones just like King's Accommodation !
If YOU want letting agents that are kind, down to earth and as reasonable as they come, you just have to pick King's Accomms !

All staff members I have interacted with (Steve, Anna and Matylda) have all been super friendly and kind during my 1 year tenancy with King’s Accommodation. They have gone above and beyond and are all very understanding. I would highly recommend King’s Accommodation to anyone looking to buy or rent in South London areas as they are all genuine and will make sure your living environment is smooth from start to end of tenancy.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). Complaints Procedure
Kings Accommodation Customer Complaints Procedure At Kings Accommodation the service we offer to you is important to us. If you feel that you have a complaint about Kings Accommodation the following procedure is in place to help you resolve it. Stage 1 Please write to the Manager: By email: admin@kingsaccommodation.co.uk or post: Kings Accommodation Unit 2, 6-12 Tulse Hill, SW2 2TP London stating the reasons for your complaint. You will receive an acknowledgement within ten working days of receipt of getting in touch with us and a full response to your complaint within 14 working days from acknowledgment date. If the nature of your complaint is such that we need further time to consider it we will contact you and let you know the reason for the delay. Stage 2 If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint at Stage 1 you can refer the matter to Kings Accommodation Director; Matylda Nowak who will review your complaint and the response sent at Stage 1. Complain of second stage must be send in writing by: Email: matylda@kingsaccommodation.co.uk Post to: Kings Accommodation Unit 2, 6-12 Tulse Hill, SW2 2TP You should outline the reasons you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint by Kings Accommodation. You will receive a response within the same timescales as outlined in Stage 1 above. This complaint will also be acknowledged within fourteen working days of receipt and an investigation undertaken. A formal written outcome of this investigation will be sent to you within 21 working days. Following the director’s investigation, a written statement expressing Kings Accommodations' final view will be sent to you. This will include any offer made. This letter will confirm that you are entitled if dissatisfied to refer the matter to The Property Ombudsman (www.tpos.co.uk)within six months for a review.
