I rented a flat with help from DPR more than 4 years and initially everything seems fine, however as the time progressed it was like DPR is least bothered.
When my washing broke down, it took them over 1 month to replace it. I spent a good amount of money from my own pocket to accommodate.
After this when our fridge stopped working we l notified them and 6 months they did not do anything. I left the property after that and till that date nothing was done.
Worst was the end of tenancy. They charged me £50 as small as removing a drawing pin !! They installed blinds 2 years ago and when I left they replaced it (I still fail to understand why ?) and end loosing all my deposit and on top of it forced to pay £600.
I never gave a chance to my agents and landlord to bear pain because of me but in the end was bit disappointed the way things ended.
