NOT WORTH YOUR TIME! Although initially Abu was very efficient in securing us a flat, as the tenancy has progressed, there has been little to no indication that repairs that fall under the landlord's responsibility will be done. This is after 7 months of frequent written communication outlining the issues, allowing contractors into our property and guiding them around the numerous issues. He continues to show little action in this. He infrequently responds to emails, and has missed multiple phone calls from us.

Shahed and Abu were both extremely useful and easy to reach throughout the application process. Thery regularly called me with updates and always picked up my calls immediately. Overall they were fantastic agents and managed to move us into our new apartment less than a week after we first viewed it.

I cannot be happier with the Estateology! As a landlord, I got two wonderful tenants, even though my final touches was not finished and I thought it was too early for viewing!
