I have recently sold a properly through Hannells Estate Agent at Allestree. I moved to Hannells from a previous agent, I always thought the property would sell really quickly, but it did take longer than I expected due to the market at the time. Zoe has been brilliant through the process, she has always been there to listen and to help guide us through the process. It always felt like Zoe really cared about everything along the way. Even up to the day of handing the keys in.

Although we withdrew our house from the market before sale, we were very impressed with everything that happened, from initial contact, visit and valuation, photography and web page, arranging viewings, through to our cancellation, which was accepted with no problem. The staff we dealt with, mainly Bonnie and Leah were knowledgeable and always aware of the details of our position. We will not hesitate to go back to Hannells and when the need arises.
