We first tried to sell our flat in Reading in 2019. It was on the market for over a year and potential sales fell through twice. We had very little feedback from our estate agents and we found it difficult to speak to the same person twice. After the agreed contract had expired we decided on trying another estate agent , we chose AH Lansley. This was a good move. From the start Paul Freeman was very helpful and easy to speak to, he kept us informed on every part of a stressful journey, because of Covid-19,viewings were restricted and the market was very difficult. But Paul persevered and he got us a sale. Everything is completed now, so a big thanks to Paul and his team.
