My sale has been a lengthy one. I chose to sell at a particularly quiet time of year in the housing market.
However, throughout the initial sales and marketing side of my sale, the team remained positive, encouraging and kept me in the loop regarding each house viewing I received.
Once I sold my house, my main contact was with Sandra, branch manager. She has impressed me throughout with her regular communication updates and in her role of chasing both parties’ solicitors. For numerous reasons this process was lengthy but I truly believe the reason my sale went through was due to sandra’s ability to ‘prompt and poke’ the legal teams into action.

The Whole team have been fantastic from putting flat on Market to the end but I have to say a special thank you to Grace and Sandra they are 2 great assets to Lovetts It was a very long sale due to Solicitor but they kept them on track and listen and was empathetic when I call re concerns and some times in tears Going to miss our chats
