When we innitially went ahead with renting this property in March 2012 the process seemed pretty well executed apart from the fact I worked 9-5 and they too there time to sort out a meeting to collect the keys. Everything was going ok until a couple of months later in May when our little boy was due and we ants everywhere. we treat the whole house but the issue persisted. i looked under the carpet and found a nest in our house. I'm no expert but that should be happening in my opinion. I then found where they were coming from and found that there was a hole in the wall where the rear sliding doors meet the wall. this is what innitially caused the main concern. My partner and I felt that with a newborn and winter coming into play we would have a big problem and something we couldn't afford to sort out ourselves. We really needed there help and contacted them urgently to advise. this was dealt with promises that they would let us down and would get the issue sorted. Another couple of months passed and nothing was done so I emailed and they came out to take pictures and a couple of weeks later a gentleman came out to carry out repairs. When seeing the state of disrepair that these windows are in he said he would inform the office that they need to be replaced as they aren't fit for purpose. The windows are drafty moldy and have gone untreated since before we moved in. It was around a week later that they informed us that we had 3 months to vacate the property, but did not provide a reason. we have witheld the rent now because we are absolutely digusted at how we have been treated. i was also suprised at how Monika deals with these sorts of calls. She is very good at the role of debt collector which I find strange because if they were any good then these sorts of issues would be few and far between. I look forward to court action if they sustain their threat and would love to meet these bullies in person.
