We can’t recommend Paul Wallace enough, they made the stressful process of selling a property seamless, stress free and easy. Peter Gold, Peter Adams and Joe Solazzo were open, honest and extremely approachable from the first moment we met them. It was an absolute joy to go through this process with them. At no point did we feel pressured into any decisions, in fact we felt very supported. We cannot thank Paul and his team enough for their professionalism and integrity at all times. We moved to Hoddesdon 2 weeks ago. Unlike the other reviewers who used this agent to sell their property we came across them as the agent for the people who were selling the property we wanted. We cannot rate them highly enough, they kept us in touch with every development and were instrumental in us staying with the sale when things were becoming difficult further down the chain and there was a risk that their seller could pull out. In particular we wish to commend Peter Gold, his attention to detail was second to none, his second in command Joe Solazzo was excellent at finding out updates while Paul was unavailable. Samantha and Yvonne always ensured that messages were delivered and helped whenever they could. The agents were excellent at communicating with us and were always pleasant and approachable. To those considering their sale being listed with Paul Wallace we would suggest one additional question - if you want your buyer to be confident in their purchase, register with this agent, you will not be disappointed. From start to finish Paul Wallace provided excellent communication and expertise. Throughout the whole process of selling our property, through to managing pretty much the whole chain, the whole team went above and beyond what we expected to finally get the sale completed. Estate agents can be like banks, all the same, with no distinguishing attributes.
Pete Gold (partner at Paul Wallace) has been fabulous, making all the difference. He knows the market so well, gives great advice and calls it, as it is.
Selling a property can be stressful, but Pete was always on the phone when i needed him to lend an ear. As a senior partner he owned the process and led from the front. On top of that, he's also a great guy.
Thanks to the whole team (Jo and other Pete) at PW really great job in getting it across the line. Thanks.

They didn’t give up when we lost a buyer and through their determination found another buyer and thankfully it all went through.
They kept me informed at every step and were polite and helpful.
I can’t recommend them enough, they didn’t give up, and although the sale was for a small amount they treated me the same as any other buyer.

I would like to thank Paul Wallace and their team for their assistance and support when I recently sold my property privately and purchased my next property with them.
In particular, Joe was amazing. More often than not, when I called, he was available and if not, I was confident that I would not have to wait long after leaving a message for a response. As this was the first time that I had purchased a new build and also the first time I was moving alone I had many queries! If unable to solve any of my questions, Joe would contact my seller, buyer, their conveyancers or basically anyone else that would provide an answer.
I feel that the most important thing that made my sale, purchase and move a success was the support and advice I was given Joe would contact me immediately instantly with any issues that might hinder progress. Resolutions were put in place swiftly, this included helping with my sale, which Paul Wallace did not need to assist with at all.
Including this move, I have bought and sold 8 properties. There were quite a few complications with this one, but with Joe going over and above what he needed to do, I ended up in my dream, (hopefully forever) home. I can confidently say that Joe and the Paul Wallace team are the best that I have worked with, (or worked for me).
Thank you to everyone at Paul Wallace, each of you were there to listen and help me throughout the process and I would highly recommend you to anyone considering the sale or purchase of their property.

Well its only taken me 8 weeks to finally write this review !
I've tried hard to think of terrible thigs to say about Paul Wallace, Peter Gold & his merry men/ladies ! Ha ha ! But sadly I could not find anything .
The sale of the property that they dealt with was a very emotional & personal one, due to the death of a very close friend but they went above & beyond the call of duty to make everything as painless as possible.
It wasn't a easy sale as two buyer pulled out for their own reasons, but they battled on for me & found me another good buyer who finally brought the property.
I personally found Peter Gold and his staff to be conscientious and caring on how they dealt with, everything issue that arose, ensuring that any questions and concerns were dealt with, and keeping me informed of the status of the transaction at every step. They certainly go that extra mile, ensuring which is usually an extremely stressful time, easier to get through. I cannot fail to recommend them, not only to any person thinking of selling their property, but any prospective buyer also.
I now owe Peter 2 cream Buns & a cupcake for writing this review ! ha ha !
They have become like really good friends, even family to me !
Dont go anywhere else, trust me !

They were super proactive & reactive, which really did help keep things progressing in the right direction. That all changed when we dealt with Joe and Peter at Paul Wallace.
From the get go they were keen to find out exactly what our requirements were. They were very accommodating with appointment times and their communication was outstanding.
Of all parties involved including our own agents and solicitor Paul Wallace were the key in finding our information and relaying everything back to us promptly. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond in helping us on our journey we from having the offer accepted to completion.
Although I am not looking to move again any time soon, I know that when the time does come I will be using Paul Wallace to sell my property.

I'd like to recommend potential property buyers/sellers to the superb services of Paul Wallace Estate Agents.
From the very first phone call with a property sale enquiry I was greeted with the exceptionally warm and friendly voice of Peter Adams. He was genuinely helpful and thoughtful and that set the tone for my interactions with the people at Paul Wallace.
The valuation undertaken by Peter Gold was done on time and with accuracy, given his extensive experience. Peter was very professional and came across as very personable, helpful and not in the least bit pushy. It's harder to think of a better role model for an estate agent than Peter. The same goes for Joe Solazzo who stressed how Paul Wallace work as an integrated team. Joe made communication with the buyers and other interested parties quick, seamless and efficient.
The sale price expectations, set by Peter Gold, were achieved in what turned out to be a smooth and well managed sale.
