Dan and the team at Century 21 were exceptional throughout the process, from initial inspection to completion of sale. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful, responsive and efficient. We sold our house for more than we expected in the quickest time that the process allowed. We are really grateful to Dan and really recommend the good people at Century 21 in Woolton/Liverpool to anyone selling their house.

We do not charge tenants any admin fees. We will request a £150 holding - reservation deposit to reserve a property and pending a successful reference, this deposit will come off the first month's rent when requested.
