Boardwalk were the perfect choice for us. From the off, it was a great experience. A first great chat with Nick about why we wanted to use Boardwalk, (It was the brightly decorated houses and fab photography that meant we knew they would make our place shine and really push the best features) to the first meeting with Michael when he visited at the start of the journey (some great pointers on what was worth doing and spending on in our prep to sell) ,Meeting Tim on photos day (Cannot sing his praises enough, he's a real asset to the team), then seeing the photos of our little place on the Boardwalk website, it was a smooth process that genuinely had us excited. Which was unexpected considering the stress a house move can be! Everyone we met and spoke to at Boardwalk was really professional, friendly and nothing was missed. We must also commend the viewing feedback portal process, seeing your viewings go by, see some feedback and then seeing the offers roll in was exhilarating and for the first property we've sold, we're grateful we had Boardwalk on side with everything they had to offer. We had hoped to do well from the housing market at the time, but the proof really is in the pudding. Our place was sold in a week for a good deal above asking price, need we say more? Strange to think how something as simple as an eye for detail and honest suggestions gave us the confidence to know we were going with the right agency, and has led us to a great next step in the property market, setting us up for years to come. From that point onwards, James in Sales Progression was great to touch base with on the progress. I like to get involved on all details and so had a catch up most weeks with him on where we were at. It was good to have one person to go when it came to coordinating things amongst solicitors etc. Fantastic photography and 3D house-tour (BIG SHOUT TO TIM) and creative marketing targeting the right buyers, meant that a lovely couple moved into our house that had the same tastes in decorating and so loved our place from the first view. The day we left, we were really sure that they would appreciate everything we had worked on and be as happy there as we were. Boardwalk really showcase the Bristol feel to a house. The energy, the fun marketing, the dynamic presence in the market, they've got it all down to a tee. They are really worth every penny. If you want to see your house in the best possible light, to the point where you consider staying after all, go with Boardwalk. It won't let me tag everyone below, but i'd like to thank Michael, Tim, Isla and James for their help.
