Hi, regarding the team at CJ Hole, Kingswood can we both say a very big thank you for your professional care and help selling our property during a sad time. Many thanks Donna for your initial visit to the property and putting us at ease with the selling process, advise, prices and suggestions. From then on Isaac started arranging house visits from potential buyers, 10 in one day, from those visits we received an offer which we accepted. From then onwards Lindsay dealt with the sales memorandum and informed us that Kerry as the dedicated Sales Processor would be looking after the sale through to exchange, excellent communication from Isaac and Kerry throughout the process. Our only concern was the time it took from initial home visit to exchange, approx 6 months. We cannot fault the team at CJ Hole from start to finish and would definitely be using their services in the future either for selling or buying, Many thanks Ron & Chris Hemmimgs

If I could give zero stars, I would. AVOID AT ALL COST. CJ Hole is criminally incompetent and cost us thousands in legal fees. Their reputation precedes them! My partner and I rented a property from CJ Hole and our experience was horrific. We viewed the flat works were still ongoing, promised that issues would be fixed. We entered the tenancy £1250 PCM to find that the flat was still in a complete state of disrepair. CJ Hole made a pathetic effort to remedy the countless issues with the property and rebutted all of our claims. For 45 winter months (NovMar), we were without heating, resulting in significant mould and damp. Our bed frame, mattress, and loads of priceless personal positions were completely ruined by this. The extractor hood above the cooker was poorly fitted and hit my partner on the head when it detached from the wall. Several other issues... CJ Hole was continually slow to reply and on occasion, outright refused our urgent requests to have things fixed. Our property manager Marisha should be struck off her lack of duty and care. 45 months of living in abhorrent conditions, personal positions destroyed - an absolute shambles that ended up in a legal dispute. Utterly disgusting.

We cannot thank C J Hole enough for the tireless work they carried out on our behalf. We were initially introduced to C J Hole through Donna Roberts who came to value our property. She was very friendly, professional and realistic which we appreciated. Her expert advice was invaluable to our sale. Her levels of communication were excellent and she kept us updated at regular intervals. The sales team who arranged the viewing were again excepional. Most of these were carried out by Lindsay and Jodie . They always gave very prompt feedback and regular updates. They worked tirelessly to get viewing and gave us enormous support throughout the whole process. We didn't actually meet Isaac but often spoke to him on the phone. He was very efficient and knowledgeable too . At the point of sale we were introduced to Kerry Ray. Well what can we say!!! Kerry is the kind of person everybody selling their house should have. Her communication skills wre excellent. She was in constant contact with us. She worked above and beyond our expectations. Her level of service is so person centered that you actually feel you are her sole client. This just highlights the amount of skill and expertise she has. When you put these professionals together you really do get the best possible service from start to finish. We really can't thank CJ Hole enough you really are a 5 star service.

Their communication was fantastic, always keeping me updated and responding quickly to emails and phone calls. I always felt I was a priority even though I'm sure they had many many other clients to deal with!
Couldn't have asked from more from an estate agent, would definitely recommend them.

I sold my house with CJ Hole Kingswood and I cannot fault their service, I really can't recommend them enough. They kept me well updated and communicated very quickly and informatively to ensure everything went smoothly. They are very honest and really seem to care about people which makes a real difference to me. The team went above and beyond at every stage and helped me keep on top of admin which I struggle with. I had lots of contact with Kerry Ray who is amazing and so supportive. I also had contact with Donna and Lindsay who are brilliant as well! What really set them apart from other agents for me was that they were willing to communicate in the best way for me and were really accommodating to my needs as well as being generally kind and lovely. They also got a great price for my property and found lovely buyers who seem to love the property as much as my family have for over 30 years. That really does mean a lot and I can't thank them enough!
