Rawlinson Gold has helped me to find my first rented apartment in the UK. Given the current skyrocketing rental market in the UK, I was apprehensive and concerned about having no rental history whatsoever but didn't feel distressed with my agent Ali guided me through each step during the whole process. The team is very professional and kind. I was amazed by the thorough inventory checks and their property manager promptly arranged to fix some of the slight problems when I pointed those out. Most of their properties are within budget and look in good condition. I did have to negotiate a little and up my budget since there was high demand for my property. Overall, outstanding experience.
