From the initial booking of the viewing till the moment we collected the keys, this agent really was with us every step of the way. A truly excellent service throughout. I previously used this firm to sell a house over 20 years ago which was a good experience. On this occasion the firm's service met and surpassed their promises and our expectations.
We were very grateful to them chasing matters with the buyer and keeping us informed, we really felt they were doing everything they could on our behalf throughout.
If I had one suggestion: They attended all viewings for us. It seemed that a few days were allowed to pass between taking a request for a viewing and undertaking the viewing. This possibly allowed the interested party to lose interest without seeing the house, either because they had found another property or other reasons and indeed there were quite a few no-shows.

We were very grateful to them chasing matters with the buyer and keeping us informed, we really felt they were doing everything they could on our behalf throughout.
If I had one suggestion: They attended all viewings for us. It seemed that a few days were allowed to pass between taking a request for a viewing and undertaking the viewing. I went to Edwards Moore after a bad experience with my previous estate agent. From the get go, I had the best experience! Scott and Ben were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. The effort they put into selling my property from the get go was amazing. I recently decided to take my house off the market, however if I ever need to sell again I will definitely be going back to Edwards Moore! Scott and Ben constantly kept me updated, letting me know of any changing market trends, getting viewings in a difficult time for the economy, really on the ball and doing everything to help sell my house. Not only this, they made me feel at ease throughout the process, explaining anything and everything. Nothing was too much. They did a lot more than I expected! I very highly recommend. I went with them through a recommendation and you can really tell they are extremely experienced. Thank you both for all your help.

Their communication was spot on throughout the sale and were able to interpret and act on our needs even guiding and helping us deal with looking after the house in the winter during the sale when we lived hundreds of miles away. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
