These estate agents like Scott Fraser have little regard for the law when it comes to tenants. The law was changed recently to give tenants more rights and and a number or laws were brought in to stop discrimination. For example, you are not allowed to refuse tenants with pets now without giving an extremely good reason, yet Scott Fraser are still putting this on their listings. Landlords have the upper hand far too much simply because demand is so high in the renting sector. Hence, they can put all these "conditions" on tenants and cherry pick. It's quite disgusting. I note all of Scott Frasers positive reviews come from landlords and people selling their property but they have nothing but bad reviews from their tenants. This is not the only estate agent openly breaking the law but nearly all of the Witney Estates are openly doing this. As said, they have and the landlords have the upper hand so can put all kinds of condition on tenants. Shame on all of you!!! Thank you
