Jason was proactive and got the business sold during a very difficult period. His suggestions more than covered his fees and he actively led negotiations through a tricky period, especially dealing with 3 separate legal firms all trying to do things a different way! Would have no hesitation in recommending his services to someone selling a small to medium sized business, especially in the catering industry where he has personal experience.
