I recently bought my first property through Hausman & Holmes and was guided through that process by Richard. From start to finish, Richard was extremely helpful.
I appreciated that he was always very prompt in responding to any queries and kept me thoroughly informed throughout the entire process. As a first time buyer there were times when I was uncertain about the progression of the transaction, but Richard was incredibly reassuring and always had the time to explain everything in detail, which put my mind at ease.
I am more than happy to recommend Richard and Hausman & Holmes they have a wealth of knowledge and experience and will certainly go above and beyond to ensure that everything goes smoothly.

Mia, Scott and Joseph have been absolutely amazing from the moment I connected with them at Hausman & Holmes. Originally, I got in touch to view a lovely flat, Joseph and Scott were very helpful, booked me in and I met Scott at the property. He was friendly, explained the process clearly and once he realised I was interested, he sent the form very shortly after. I filled it in within 15 minutes and then, Mia kindly took over and informed me that I was in the running for securing the flat. I sent all the necessary information and then Mia provided me with the great news. Since that point, her communication has been exceptional, she is very thoughtful, pleasant and is able to clarify everything within each email. Genuinely, Hausman & Holmes are the best agents I have ever encountered. If I ever move again, I will happily search with them! Thank you!

Once you decide to rent a property through Hausman and Holmes, the following fees will apply. Before the tenancy starts payable to Hausman and Holmes Holding Deposit: Equivalent to 1 weeks rent. (A holding deposit is requested from a tenant to reserve a property whilst reference checks and preparation for a tenancy agreement are undertaken.) Deposit: For tenancies with an annual rent of less than £50,000 the deposit shall be equivalent to 5 weeks rent. For tenancies with an annual rent of £50,000 or more the deposit shall be equivalent to 6 weeks rent. Your deposit plus the first month's rent in advance will be due in cleared funds prior to the commencement of the tenancy. All clients deposits held by Hausman and Holmes are held in accordance with My Deposits (TDSL).
