If I could give 0 stars I would. First, they completely ghosted me after I sent the deposit for the flat. After multiple emails (there is NO other way to contact the company) they replied and drafted the contract for me to move in 2 days before the tenancy began. I had to move in and start a job so I accepted the offer, my worst mistake. Since then, there has been radio silence from the company- no Arthur app login details, no Inventory, no reply to my multiple emails detailing these issues: 1. as above, they did not send me login details for the app to log maintenance issues and didn't send me an inventory. 2. I did not receive keys to the post room, and cannot access any of my post thanks to Urban Evolution not replying to my emails and providing me access. 3. I sent them an email with 88 pictures of the property, but there was no reply. 4. I sent them 6 follow-up emails requesting the keys to the post room, and inventory and addressing maintenance concerns such as the oven/microwave being a fire hazard because it smokes as soon as you turn it on. 5. I've received an email from the deposit protection scheme saying my tenancy has been cancelled, forwarded it to Urban Evolution asking what is happening, to no avail, obviously. The only time they have emailed me back is to check whether I had paid the deposit and rent in time. I am struggling mentally because of them and their unresponsiveness. If you can, save yourself and never ever let from Urban Evolution. Or maybe I have done something so personally offending to them that they do not care enough to respond to me. Just appalling.
