You'll only see it at the end. Until the last day, everything is good, though it is clear they are going for money and nothing else. - Unexpected and unfair changes in the cost to increase by 150% (ie. hot water). You have to pay the average, just because they say so, despite separate meters are available. - Communication is fair with some hidden pressure and aggressivity at all times. - They will charge you for whatever they can. - Forget about the deposit! You will barely get back a penny for trumped-up reasons. It is way too expensive for living in the ghetto.
