An amazing team! We've been with them as tenants for the past 5 years and they've been great, always responding promptly whenever we've had an issue and making sure the problem got fixed. We've had the pleasure of working with Paul, he's been our property manager for almost the entire time, he's very friendly and always helpful, a great person. We've also worked with Dan for a bit, he's also a great guy. Highly recommended!

Great service and great staff. I have just bought a flat in south London through Property World and I am happy to say we got the sale over just before Christmas. This was in part thanks to the very kind and hard working staff at Property World. I really do mean it, they did not go the extra mile to get this over the line then I would have had to wait another 3 - 4 weeks delaying everything and costing me much more money. So! Their customer service was friendly and supportive, which made a big difference during this stressful time. Jane, in particular, was amazing. Firstly I dealt with Mark, he's superb. Great service.
I was then assigned to Andrea who has an exceptional customer service. She is very much a people person and friendly whilst maintaining her professionalism.
As a tenant, the procedure was very efficient and was made easy. Andrea explains each step and would regularly update me every step of the way. I would encourage anyone to use Property World Agents! ??
