I have been extremely impressed with how Emma has managed the let of this property from a tenants point of view, clear, friendly and supportive as well as very professional. The Holroyd Miller electronic signature portal is very user friendly. I am also a landlord and this service is far better than the one I receive from my exiting agent. Holroyd Miller were by far the most responsive estate agents I'd been to. I felt like they were just as interested in my interest in their properties, which was important so that I could secure one of these lovely properties for myself as quickly and easily as possible.
