He no doubt deployed his expertise in managing multiple parties through several chains of purchase and sale transactions that needed to happen to ensure we were over the line by completion date.
He also maintained transparency through clear communication and this helped a lot with keeping to key dates.

I originally dealt with other letting agencies in Rugby but was let down by the quality of their services. I was introduced to Martin Pitcher of Life Investments Ltd and he and his team have been looking after my property since then. The outstanding service provided has been very professional, communications between life investments and myself are efficient and all matters arising are dealt with swiftly. Martin, Janie and Andrew should be commended for their professionalism, they are always willing to go that extra mile to make sure the Landlords and Tenants are dealt with in an appropriate manner. Wouldn't consider any other letting agents in Rugby to deal with my property.

This whole process from start to finish has not been an easy one but Adrian has been on top form the whole way! Not only has he gone above and beyond chasing different people but he’s also been at the end of the phone when ever we had a question, not matter how stupid.
Even with the housing market not being the best we were still able to achieve a sale for the price we were looking for

I cannot recommend these guys enough! We highly recommend Adrian Ray who demonstrated high level of commitment to the work resulting in successful outcome / quick sale of our family home.
We recently sold our family home through Adrian Ray. We live in the USA and I selected this agency based on the quick and very professional response from Adrian to my questions which I had posed to multiple agencies. He provided comps, marketing graphs etc. to give us an idea of what was out there. He guided us on pricing the house at the right price and ensured professional quality photos were taken. He guided us through the whole journey since we were unfamiliar with UK laws, processes etc. & responded to questions in a timely manner. He went above and beyond with issues we were experiencing with lawyers on both sides and kept us informed. Adrian responded to texts/emails all hours of the day being that we had a 5 hour time difference! We highly recommend Adrian.

I sold my house through Marcus from Life Investments and would highly recommend his excellent service. Marcus offers clear, prompt communication and excellent advice throughout the process. He secured a sale quickly at a price that exceeded my expectations.
I had valuations from several estate agents and Life Investments were by far the most impressive, what made them stand out was having a single contact person to handle the sale throughout the process and the approach to maximise viewings in times that are convenient for buyers (evenings & weekends).
Viewing properties with other agents made me really appreciate the quality of service Marcus provides. With other agencies it was often difficult to secure a viewing at all and routine to be shown round a property by someone unfamiliar with it, I think this makes a significant difference to the likelihood of getting good, serious offers on the property.
Above all I'd recommend contacting several estate agents when selling, there really is a difference, and to me the choice was immediately obvious that Marcus from Life Investments was the right person to sell my house.

We would fully recommend 'Life Investments Estate Agents' if you are looking to sell your house in Rugby. From the start we were impressed by Adrian Ray, with his preparation for an accurate valuation, professionalism Knowledge and experience. (Hence we went with them rather than two other well recommended Estate Agents who we had look at the house prior to putting the house on the market.) We were not disappointed, Adrian kept us updated along the way, obviously putting himself out to accommodate different viewing times. He made full back ground checks into potential buyers, (i.e. stability of any chain they were in, percentage of deposit to mortgage to buy the house etc.), so we were able to make an informed decision on which offer to accept. A good experience due to the service provided by Adrian. Thank you.

We instructed Lisa Curley from Life Investments as our Property Sales Consultant to sell our two adjoining properties. We were very impressed by the way she handled the whole process and highly recommend her.
During the sales Lisa;
Gave excellent advice on the best way to present the properties,
Organized amazing video footage and photographs of both properties,
Ensured our properties had a high profile on Rightmove which generated massive interest and excellent offers, resulting in high sale prices,
Liaised very closely, professionally and effectively with all the solicitors/conveyancers, surveyors, buyers and ourselves,
Advised on who to instruct and how to change the boundaries between the properties,
Recommended other professionals to assist in necessary certificates and work needed to secure the sales.
Having Lisa on board was literally like having our own personal assistant dealing with issues, ironing out kinks and making the whole process as stress-free as possible. She was always quick to respond and keep us informed. We would definitely use Lisa again and highly recommend her to everyone we know.

We could have not asked for a better agent and service than from Martin at Life Investments. We initially bought our house through Martin and we recently sold it. We gained fantastic advise from Martin and guidance as First Time Buyers and first time sellers.
Martin really goes the extra mile for his clients and being there all hours of the day and weekends to help with matters. Always providing realistic and honest advise. It is a fantastic company that he has built and couldn't recommend it enough.

Marcus was recommended to us by the sales advisor from the development we have now bought on. Having dealt with Marcus previously she put us into contact with him, knowing how excellently efficient he would be.
Marcus came to introduce himself and to view the house soon after. He explained the whole process thoroughly and put us at ease immediately. It was pleasing the he valued the house at exactly the same value that we wanted for it. It was all a smooth process from there on. Our house went on the market on a Friday and Marcus received multiple viewing requests over the weekend. Due to Covid we couldn't be at the premises during viewings. Marcus was very considerate with fitting these in in blocks to cause minimum disruption to us. We received an offer that we accepted shortly and Marcus worked especially hard to ensure that all deadlines were beaten. He was on always on hand to answer any queries and his communication within the whole chain was excellent.
We couldn't recommend Marcus enough, he made what could have been a stressful time very bearable. We also completed 2 weeks before our deadline, saving us a significant amount of money on stamp duty. We are eternally grateful to him for this

First met Lisa when we were looking at a property which she was selling. Following the visit we decided to sell our property and were so impressed with her enthusiasm and knowledge of the property and the area that we decided to ask her to sell our home. Lisa certainly impressed us. We felt that she really was working for us. She was always considerate when arranging viewings. Always available to feed back. Because of her knowledge of the property market and having a sound understanding of the construction industry she was able to offer valuable advice when needed. The whole buying and selling experience was not without difficulties. However, having Lisa on board was definitely an advantage.
