In short she was instrumental in the process and I would not hesitate to recommend to future clients. Imogen has taken over with progression and has so far also done a good job however, the process is not yet complete.

At all times, the service provided was professional, courteous and personable. The team was also very adept at handling any 'kinks' in the sales process and provided reassurance when required.
