I was most impressed with service after an offer was accepted, as Gurveer kept on top of things and was in regular contact with brokers and solicitors to make sure everything was progressing smoothly.

We have been letting our property through DBK for a couple of years, after having a bad experience with a previous agent.
Armaan have been dealing with the review of the tenancy agreement, and done everything possible to meet at the price we wanted.
There has been very clear communication, and I have been kept in the loop of what was happening. He clearly listened to what I wanted and made sure he did everything he could to help.
I couldn't recommend DBK enough for property management, every member of the team i have spoken to has been extremely helpful.

DBK in Heston have been managing my property in Norwood Green for many years and I can highly recommend them as an extremely efficient and responsive letting agent. Angelika and Andrei on the Property Management team always inform me promptly of any issues with the property and where necessary arrange for contractors to carry out work, keeping me informed at all times regarding costs and progress of the work. New tenants are always found quickly and the property has never remained empty for more than a few days since DBK took over the management. I am a very happy customer.
